Actually from his previous actions it does make alot of sense. No I did not see it coming. But look at his graduation exercise on that world. You have to kill all the other students then you are a sith. An alien wipes out most of them, then he force lightenings the girl to ‘kill’ her. Then does it again to jump start her heart so she lives. Sounds like a jedi fooling the sith to me. .
