Not really tying up loose ends at the end of this storyline, but that’s kinda the point. Some things are going to be addressed immediately, but not really the things you might think, and not what might be most important to the crew, but what might be more important to the readers. Tune in and see.
Ooh, alt-text foreshadowing
Maybe I’m missing something, but how does today’s date qualify as “foreshadowing”, exactly?
The loose ends aren’t being tied up now. Therefore, they’re going to show up again later, probably when we least expect it.
What does that have to do with the alt text?
I think he didn’t mean alt-text, but annotation. but for his purposes: alt-text is the text that appears when you mouseover the image. in this case, it’s the date. what he meant was the text below “about the comic”, which is the annotation.
Gotta say, it seems like this season has been all buildup and little payoff.
Not that I *really* mind, though.
In the past that has meant better payoff.
