Yes, I’m very aware that Sluggy Freelance did something like this at the beginning of its run, only more Jimmy Buffet and less Jay and Silent Bob. Where do you think I got the idea?
Over the years I was given or stumbled across two ideas for how to parody the Borg. The Bjorg and the Borked. I struggled for a while as to which one to use. So I did both.
Also, it’s kinda like that time Lrrr ate that hippy.
Also, in my mind’s ear the Bjorg sound like the Borg. The Borked sound like Tommy Chong.

I was going to ask why it seems like the console is speaking or why the voice is referring to “something” and not “someone”, but I’m way too interested in the storyline to worry about minor things right now!
Heh. Though truthfully I don’t think anyone they could assimilate from the Muffin would be good for them. Just imagine if they’d snagged Marty, Shauna, Alice, or any of the rest?
Add Alice to the mix over there and it’s all over!
I don’t think Wendigo does anything to get himself high anymore. I think he’s permanently in that state by now.
