It seems so unlikely that someone could keep up that accent for so long to just randomly drop it right by the genre savvy guy. So either her recently replaced McGuinness. or he has been changing which crewman he looks like at a given time so he is not in the same place as an original.
Ummm…. Isn’t a knife generally used for… you know… stabbing?
It’s not something I’d typically associate with being used to just knock somebody out so just you can put restraints on them.
And really, if you took enough damage from a knife wound to be knocked out immediately, you’d be bleeding pretty heavily… probably enough so that if you hadn’t received medical attention before waking up, then you wouldn’t be waking up at all.
I’d argue again that’s not how knives are generally used… knives, in general, simply do not have enough mass in their handle to make for effective bashing weapons. Some daggers could reasonably be used in that way, because of their small blade size to overall weapon volume, but the weapon shown above does not resemble a dagger. It actually strongly resembles a santoku knife, or maybe a kitchen axe, neither of which have a mass distribution that would make for an effective bludgeoning weapon.
Okay… I’m being pedantic.
I’m just saying that a club would have made a lot more sense.
What is that red thing on the ground next to Bob? It looks like his epaulettes but I’m not sure. And if they are his epaulettes, why are they on the ground?
AHHHHHH!!!!! NOT HIM!!! I LIKED HIM!!!!
Hey, uno pregunta por favor, how can I find past vote incentive strips? I’d like to see them but I don’t know where I can find them.
As of right now, you can’t find them anywhere. That will change at some point, but I haven’t gotten around to it.
I’m loving the dissolve in the sixth panel!
=O.O=
Wow! This is getting more and more interesting.
Wait – has this guy been impersonating McGinnis ever since that episode?
And yeah, great effects.
If you cannot trust your squidhead associates, who can you trust?

Yup, you got it.
As Indiana Jones very nearly said: Shape-shifters, why did it have to be shape-shifters?
Also, that is a nicely done dissolve effect.

That is true. If only the knife had a blunt end you could hit someone upside the head with.

That looks like a decidedly uncomfortable position for Bob to be in.

They’re on the ground because a minifig’s arms won’t bend that far back with the epaulettes piece on, would be my guess.
This.
Panel 6 is all kinds of creepy…
