Also, according to both my memory and a look at the wiki, brown epaulettes are not found on any known Alliance uniform. Is Agent Bilks’s uniform a new type created for this storyline… or is it a clue to something more sinister?
Unless there’s going to be a whole bunch of officers in the same scene with Bilks, he could just steal one from a character not appearing in that scene.
(It’s probably just a new type of uniform, though).
