Well, since snarky means “testy or irritable; short” according to an online dictionary I use, I’m not even sure it’s possible to consider “snarkiness” as a word. I think you mean a different word entirely.

As testiness is the state of being testy, so snarkiness is the state of bein snarky. It’s perfectly gramatical.
Impatience leads to frustration. Frustration leads to cynicism. Cynicism leads to snarkiness. Snarkiness…. leads to general jerkery.
