You know, there’s a simple solution he’s yet to think of….: If he cuts off all the peoples’ legs right below their kneecaps then they would have no choice but to “kneel”. I mean, he’s evil anyway, so why not?
Or at least do that to the people who don’t kneel voluntarily…..theoretically that’s better than death. After all, death is …mostly…permanent.
I’m loving the design on Rod. the epaulettes and nightwing stripes both leading into the blue arms just has a wonderful elegance. also everyone looks fancier with epaulettes
