1. It’s also possible he is from an alternate reality where she is his mother….like the other story arc with the ninjas and the gate.
2. And for the sick, twisted, and psychopathic……..He just said that to have her waste time trying to find out how she is his mother when he isn’t related to her at all.
3. And for the really perverted….use #2 but when he reveals it, have her reveal that they actually ARE related…..or have The Doctor in the battle who reveals that part.
Weren’t there some crewmembers with Gypsy ancestry and maybe even crystal balls that could tell the viewer what they wished to know? 😀
