I’d say she’d remember if he had been born in her reality. It’s an experience most mothers are unlikely to forget. 🙂 And coming from Belinda, the sentence is more of a “You haven’t been born in my reality and knowing what I know now I’ll make sure you won’t be.”
Yeah, that “I’ll make sure you won’t be” might be a little hard in LG. For all she knows sometime in the future she’ll have to promise someone an “unspecified favor” for their help and that favor will be a child…..which would fit the timelines and his background just fine.
