The Alliance Air and Space Force
The Alliance Air and Space Force is the branch of the Unified Galactic Alliance Armed Forces which deals primarily with ships, but more to the degree of small craft rather than the larger ships the Navy commands. They are usually pilots in space and in planet bound aircraft and often supplement Alliance Ships with extra firepower.
History

The organization of Ranks in the Alliance Air and Space Force is based on old Earth Air Force ranks.

The Alliance Air and Space Force has just recently changed their standard uinforms to a series of carefully designed flight suits built to deal with the stresses of spaceflight and still maintain comfort in day to day use. Epaulets signify higher ranks and General wear a black uniform similar to the grey of the Alliance Army's ranking generals.
