Plot Synopsis

The crew takes a break from the usual routine for a wedding.

Plot Summary

Captain Smith and Marty were in a library dressed in tuxedos discussing an impending wedding when Shauna and Adani appeared, dressed in bride's maids' dresses and yelled at Bob and Marty that they needed to get on a move on or the wedding would start without them. The wedding was that of Ensign Red Shirt, who had a special suit made for the wedding and while being complimented on the suit, Belinda strongly suggested it was time to get things started, at which point the bride's maids, the bridge and her father came down the aisle.
Belinda officiated the wedding and said good things about her friends, though opted out of a bible verse she didn't like and no one argued with her, for obvious reasons. Jeff the Ninja served as the ring bearer, and appeared at the alter when he was needed and vanished again a second later, back to his seat. Belinda pronounced them married and introduced the world to the new couple. Belinda also omitted the line about objections from the service, for the sake of time which only upset Landon, Cindy's Ex-boyfriend, even more when he confronted the couple with a weapon. Robin, Johnny, and Skip quickly jumped in the way and told Landon he would have to shoot through them to get to Red, which he obliged and fired. The beam of the gun bent around the three crew members and hit Red square in the chest. Larry was quickly summoned to bring Red back to life and he suggested that while he didn't know if his power would work on humans it would likely work on Red if it worked on anyone, but it was not necessary as Red got back up, saying how his suit was specially made. Red then got up, had his cousin hand him a weapon? and he proceeded to teach Landon why one does not interrupt a wedding.
The crew retired to Twelve Forward for the reception and the rest of the evening went off without a hitch. Even when Cindy admitted she had invited Landon, Red wasn't the least bit upset. He was not about to let anything ruin their wedding.
