Plot Synopsis

In the 21st Century ordinary people discover they have extraordinary powers.

Plot Summary

Red gets mail from his Aunt Redwina that tells the story told by a Doctor Sherbesh from the 21st century. The story deals with the evolution of humans to something beyond and chronicles the lives of several people. Notably one Emo Panderelli, who learns he can absorb other people's powers by being in close proximity, Ligo Legomura, who has control over time and space, Matt Bitpartman, who can read people's minds, Redwina Shirt, who is indestructible, and Michael Grey who can take people's powers by eating their brains. The lives of these five people and those closely associated with them begin to weave and intertwine as Matt hunts for the serial killer, Seiko, that Michael has become, Ligo sees a destroyed future, Redwina attempts to see exactly how far she can damage herself and come back, and Emo searches for answers, and is given a cryptic message from a Ligo from the future. Mohinduh joins forces with Micheal, with no idea that he's a serial killer and leads him to more people with more powers. Redwina accidentally exposes her powers to the world.
