Dr. Reines finally gets a response from the Alliance on a second in command for her Sickbay and tells the Captain to rendezvous with the ship Ace in the Hole? so that they might pick up that crew member. While Belinda goes off to brief Lieutenant Baas Oon it is revealed that the pilot of the ship, Ace, is actually one Valerie Tyler, Skip's older sister. After a brief run in with Johnny Skip and Valerie catch up and Skip is dismayed to hear his sister is unhappy and would rather be flying fighters on the war front. As worried as he is about his sister Skip eventually goes to Captain Smith and puts in a request to get his sister transferred to work she would prefer. Meanwhile Belinda is dealing with her new higher, not having realized that he was into holistic medicine she is most dismayed and tries to vent her frustrations in Twelve Forward but Shauna, as usual is not interesting in putting up with Belinda's shallow complaining. Lieutenant Oon proves capable of helping out Red and Belinda decides to give him an honest chance.
