because the comic used to be on a different site and had no comment option.

on top of that most of us “had” the manners not to post on really old images when that option came along.
in webcomic world its a common rule that when a new comic comes out you drop all comments on the previous.
i know i broke that rule just now re reading these but it needs to be said b4 more people come along and do the same thing
actually I don’t mind comments on older posts, there’s no need to be mean to people about it.
