for some reason i am just imagining these characters as having scottish accents maybe due to the Taggart line “There’s been murder”

Wadsworth, huh? So you’re a fan of the old Clue movie, then, I take it? Me, too; it’s one of my favorite of Tim Curry’s roles.
Without a clue? That title could describe most of the cast in this comic.
