Not a lot of people wouldn’t want cake. But if you get it, sometimes you can’t eat it too, so there’s always that issue.
I like that the voice seems to be more freaked out than he is by this point. I simply love that trope, where the prisoner – without actually turning the tables (though that’s fun too) – is clearly the one in charge, psychologically speaking.
