Initially I wanted the final comment to come from Belinda, but when I thought about it I realized it was the perfect kind of response that would come from the 12th Doctor, and in addition there really isn’t anyone who’s lost more than the Doctor.
Two things are certain; They’ll want to work with him to help him with his problem, and in exchange he will want to help them with theirs. At least that’s how it usually works. 😀
