Did Lego actually produce a Death Star gunner minifig? I don’t recognize that guy as possibly being anything else. Either way, his helmet design is super cool.
Apparently yes, it came in a set titled “Death Star Troopers” which is just a turret with a couple minifigs. This appears to be the creatively named “First Order Crew”, which shows up in a couple of different TFA sets.
And no, I did not know that off-hand. I looked it up.
Fire again. And if it still doesn’t destroy the facility, fire as many times as needed. After all, you don’t want to present a flawed weapon system to the current ruler and weapons testing on rebels is always an acceptable expense……as long as you win.
“destroy the facility hard enough” By that you mean either it gets totally obliterated by the megalaser bank or it doesn’t. Which means the bank misfired and probably destroyed itself since lasers with nowhere to go have to expend their energy on *something!* That’s usually the nearest ordinary matter, in the case of a laser. I would imagine there’s few things that could stop a megalaser from obliterating it! 😀
I wonder what would happen if his boss was down there? I man, c’mon, who dosn’t want to eliminate their boss and erase all the evidence? 😀

According to Brickipedia, LEGO released Death Star Troopers in 2014. http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/75034_Death_Star_Troopers. The set contained 2 Imperial Gunners and 2 Royal Guards.
