Breathe out, and I do mean OUT – don’t even try to hold your breath, let your lungs empty out completely – and you’d last about a minute before the damage became irreversible. Given the size of the room, there’d be a pretty damn good shove from the air blowing out the door, so in one minute they’d get a long way away from the ship, presumably well out of range of the transporter interference.
