Season 1: Star Trekin' (2002-2003)

The first season introduced us to the new Captain and the crew of the Alliance Star Ship Muffin, as well as several dangers to the galaxy and our crew.

Season 2: War! Hu! Goodgod y’all! (2003-2004)

Season 2 saw not only the destruction of the Muffin (twice) but a new ship, now the flagship of the fleet as War broke out with the synari empire and the crew struggled with the reprecussions. Some aspects of the crew are revealed.

Season 3 deals with various battles among the cosmos between age old enemies and the crew creates some new friends and enemies themselves. It also saw the return of the Captain’s evil twin in a new capacity.

Diverging from the usual content season 6 focused mainly on two side stories, primarily Martin Jaspter’s acension to Sithhood and the story of Red’s great aunt Redwina and the people with incredible abilities she met at the dawn of the 21st century. Due to a writer’s strike, this season was cut short.
